- Payments must be made according to the invoice schedul
- Work will not begin until the initial deposit is received.
- All payments are non-refundable, as time and work are allocated immediately upon booking.
- Final files are delivered only after full payment is completed.
Payment & Refund Policy
Clients agree to:
If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 days or more, the project may be paused or closed without refund.
- Provide all required content (copy, photos, details, logins) by requested deadlines
- Maintain open communication
- Review and approve drafts within the turnaround time
- Understand that delayed feedback = delayed project completion

- Resell the design
- Claim authorship
- Edit or alter the design without approval if it violates its integrity
